This Privacy Policy ("Policy") is issued by meibet ("meibet", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website at https://meibet.cam. It applies to all individuals who access, browse, register on or use any feature of the meibet Platform, including users based in Pakistan, wherever their personal data is processed in connection with those activities.

meibet is an English-language online betting information and gaming platform designed for Pakistani users. We process personal data in connection with account registration, identity verification, transaction processing, support interactions and platform improvement. This Policy explains that processing transparently and in plain English.

This period may be longer if required by law.
• Support Records: Live Chat logs and email correspondence are retained for up to two (2) years for quality assurance and dispute resolution purposes.
• Marketing Data: Consent records and email marketing preferences are retained until you withdraw consent or request deletion, subject to overriding legal retention obligations.

meibet is strictly an adults-only platform. We do not knowingly collect, process or retain personal data from individuals under the age of 18 — or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction. Age verification is a mandatory part of the KYC process for all accounts.

If meibet identifies, or is notified, that a registered account belongs to an individual below the minimum age threshold, the account will be immediately closed, all funds will be returned net of any bonus derived winnings, and all associated personal data will be deleted to the extent permitted by our AML retention obligations.

14.1  meibet sends marketing communications — including promotional bonus notifications, seasonal betting offers and platform updates — only to users who have given explicit consent during registration or subsequently through account settings.

14.2  You may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time by:

• Clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any marketing email received from meibet;
• Updating communication preferences in your account settings; or

14.3  Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before it was withdrawn, nor does it affect other legal bases for processing (e.g., contractual necessity for transactional emails such as deposit confirmations and withdrawal notifications).

14.4  Transactional and account-management communications — including deposit and withdrawal confirmations, security alerts, KYC requests, responsible gambling notifications and account closure confirmations — are not marketing communications and cannot be opted out of while your account is active.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of a material amendment constitutes your acknowledgement of the updated Policy. If you do not accept a material change, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may have the right to escalate your complaint to the applicable data protection supervisory authority in the operator's licensing jurisdiction.
