These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and meibet ("meibet", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website located at https://meibet.cam. By accessing, browsing or using meibet — whether for sports betting, live casino, slots, table games, esports or any other product offered — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must cease using meibet immediately and close your account if one has been created. Use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

meibet is an English-language online betting and gaming information platform designed for Pakistani users. These Terms are written in English and shall be construed in accordance with the English language version. All references to monetary amounts use Pakistani Rupees (PKR) where amounts are relevant to Pakistani users, unless otherwise specified.

The following terms carry the meanings set out below wherever they appear in this Agreement:

To register and maintain an account on meibet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater. Proof of age is mandatory during the KYC process.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law. Users in Pakistan must independently verify the legal status of online gambling under Pakistani law and applicable provincial legislation before participating.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer or immediate family member of meibet or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You have not previously been self-excluded, suspended or permanently banned from meibet or any affiliated platform.

4.1  One Account Per Person. Each User is permitted to hold only one active account. Multiple accounts created by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods or devices — constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any pending withdrawals forfeited.

4.2  Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, current and complete information during registration. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. meibet reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where information is found to be false, misleading or outdated.

4.3  KYC Documents. Before processing your first withdrawal — or at any time if required by our compliance team — you will be asked to submit identity verification documents. For Pakistani users, acceptable documents typically include:

• A valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back
• A valid Pakistani passport
• Proof of residential address dated within three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• A selfie or liveness check as directed by the verification portal
• Payment method verification (e.g., a bank statement or wallet screenshot) where applicable

4.4  Document Integrity. You must never alter, obscure, crop or falsify any document submitted for KYC. Submission of fraudulent documents constitutes a criminal offence and will result in immediate permanent account closure, forfeiture of any balance and referral to relevant authorities.

4.5  Secure Submission. Documents must only be submitted through meibet's own HTTPS-secured verification portal. Never send sensitive documents via email, WhatsApp, Telegram or any other unsecured channel. meibet will never solicit documents through social media or third-party messaging applications.

5.1  Credential Security. You are solely responsible for the confidentiality of your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must use a strong, unique password and must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

5.2  Unauthorised Access. You must notify meibet support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. meibet accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain credential security, except where the breach resulted directly from a fault in the Platform's own security infrastructure.

5.3  Personal Use Only. Accounts are for your personal use only. You must not allow a third party to use your account to place bets, access games or conduct transactions on your behalf.

5.4  Jurisdiction Responsibility. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of meibet is lawful in your jurisdiction at all times. Use of VPNs or similar tools to circumvent geographic restrictions does not make access lawful and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

6.1  Accepted Methods. Available deposit methods are displayed in the Platform's cashier at the time of deposit. Methods may include familiar Pakistani payment rails such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast-enabled bank transfers and account transfers through institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. Payment method availability depends on the operator's compliance requirements and the relevant provider's policies at the relevant time.

6.2  No Third-Party Funding. All deposits must be made from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, credit cards, or accounts belonging to other individuals are prohibited and may result in account suspension.

6.3  Payment Provider Disclaimer. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and similar providers are included as familiar Pakistani payment context only. None of these providers endorse, partner with or authorise gambling transactions on meibet. Users should verify the terms of their own wallet or bank account before initiating any transfer.

6.4  Currency. Balances are displayed in PKR for Pakistani users. Actual settlement currency and applicable exchange rates are determined by the operator's cashier configuration. Exchange rate movements between deposit and withdrawal are outside meibet's control.

6.5  Deposit Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier. meibet may revise these limits at any time. Users are encouraged to set voluntary deposit limits through account settings as a responsible gambling tool.

7.1  Eligibility. Withdrawals are available to verified accounts only. KYC must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed. meibet may conduct additional verification checks at any stage, particularly for high-value or unusual withdrawal requests, in compliance with AML obligations.

7.2  Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. Where this is not possible, the Support team will advise on available alternatives. Available methods are listed in the cashier and may include bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and similar institutions, or Raast where applicable.

7.3  Processing Times. meibet does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Processing depends on internal compliance review, the payment provider's clearing windows and the receiving bank's policies. Mobile wallet withdrawals (where available) may process faster than traditional bank transfers, but no guaranteed timeline can be stated.

7.4  Wagering Requirements. Funds subject to an active wagering requirement are not available for withdrawal until the requirement is fully met. Attempting to withdraw before completing a wagering requirement may result in the bonus and bonus-derived winnings being forfeited.

7.5  Verification Holds. meibet reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending verification of your identity, source of funds or compliance with applicable AML obligations. Any hold will be notified to you via your registered email address.

8.1  Offer-Specific Terms. Each bonus or promotional offer on meibet is governed by its own specific terms, which are stated on the relevant promotion page. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail for matters covered therein.

8.2  Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover). For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30× requirement must be wagered PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Contribution rates vary by product: sports bets may contribute at a different rate than casino games. Always verify contribution rates in the specific promotion terms.

8.3  Bonus Expiry. Bonus funds not used — and wagering requirements not met — within the stated expiry window will be forfeited automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

8.4  Maximum Bet During Bonus. While bonus funds are active on your account, individual wager amounts are capped as stated in the relevant promotion. Placing bets above the stated cap during a bonus period may result in the bonus, and any associated winnings, being voided.

8.5  Abuse & Fraud. meibet reserves the right to void bonuses and suspend accounts where we reasonably suspect bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated tools, or any conduct designed to exploit promotional terms dishonestly. Determinations of bonus abuse are at meibet's sole discretion.

8.6  One Bonus Per Household. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional offers are limited to one per household, IP address, device and payment method.

9.1  Market Rules. Each sport, tournament, casino game and esports market is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the relevant product area of the Platform. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable product rules.

9.2  Cricket & Pakistan Markets. Cricket betting — including PSL (Pakistan Super League) fixtures, T20 internationals, bilateral ODI series and ICC tournament markets — is available subject to applicable event schedules and regulatory clearances. Market availability at the time of any specific event is not guaranteed.

9.3  Odds & Prices. All odds are displayed in decimal format unless otherwise selected. Odds are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at confirmation are the odds that apply to your wager. meibet is not liable for price movements between the time you view odds and the time your bet is confirmed.

9.4  Voided Bets. meibet reserves the right to void any bet where: (a) a manifest pricing error is identified; (b) the underlying event is cancelled or abandoned; (c) the bet was placed in breach of these Terms; or (d) fraud or market manipulation is suspected. Voided bets are refunded at stake value.

9.5  Live / In-Play Betting. In-play markets are subject to faster price changes. Once a live bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Connectivity issues during live events are outside meibet's control; partial-bet scenarios follow the relevant market rules.

9.6  Maximum Winnings. meibet imposes maximum payout limits per bet and per day as displayed in the relevant sports or casino rules sections. Winnings exceeding applicable limits will be settled at the stated cap.

10.1  meibet is committed to responsible gambling. Betting and gaming are forms of entertainment. They should never be treated as a method of generating income or recovering financial losses. If gambling is negatively affecting your finances, relationships or mental wellbeing, you must use the tools available in your account immediately.

10.2  Available Tools. meibet provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: daily, weekly and monthly caps on funds you can add to your account.
• Loss Limits: caps on the total amount you can lose within a set period.
• Bet / Stake Limits: maximum individual wager amounts.
• Session Time Limits: automatic alerts or logouts after a defined play session duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: a temporary suspension of your account for 24 hours up to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: a longer-term or indefinite account block that ceases all promotional communications.

10.3  Minor Protection. meibet strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 18 (or higher if required by the licence jurisdiction). If you share a device with minors, you must use appropriate parental controls and must never allow minors to access your meibet account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, potentially exposing you to account suspension, balance forfeiture and legal action:

• Registering more than one account (multi-accounting).
• Using the Platform while located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Using VPNs, proxies or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or KYC requirements.
• Providing false, misleading or third-party identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the Platform in any way.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other users, or any form of coordinated betting designed to guarantee outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities. Any winnings derived from technical exploits are void and will be reclaimed.
• Conducting, facilitating or attempting any form of money laundering, fraud or financial crime through the Platform.
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your account on your behalf.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including the deliberate use of low-risk, opposing or hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play risk.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing meibet staff or other users.

12.1  By meibet. meibet reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) required by applicable law or regulatory obligation; (c) fraud or AML concerns are identified; (d) the account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

12.2  Balance on Termination. Where an account is closed by meibet for cause (breach of Terms, fraud, AML), any balance, including pending withdrawals and bonus funds, may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the User's request without cause, the verified real-money balance (net of any active bonus) will be returned after a final compliance review.

12.3  By You. You may request account closure at any time by contacting the Support team. Closure requests must be submitted through your registered account. All pending bets will be settled in accordance with normal market rules before closure is finalised.

12.4  Self-Exclusion. Requests for self-exclusion are treated as a responsible gambling tool rather than an immediate account termination. The self-exclusion period, its scope and reinstatement conditions are governed by the Responsible Gambling Policy.

13.1  meibet provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may render the Platform temporarily unavailable.

13.2  To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, meibet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.3  meibet is not liable for: (a) losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms; (b) losses caused by internet connectivity issues, device failures or power outages outside our control; (c) losses caused by events of force majeure including government action, natural disaster or network outage; (d) any indirect, consequential, punitive or special losses.

13.4  Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by meibet's own wilful misconduct or negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

All content on the meibet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, page layouts, software and data compilations — is owned by or licensed to meibet and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. You must not copy, modify, distribute, republish, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any meibet content without our prior written consent.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which meibet holds its operating licence. Users in Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistani law — including gambling restrictions under the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may also apply to their activities and may restrict or prohibit participation. Nothing in this clause affects mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your jurisdiction.

meibet reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — affecting your rights, financial obligations or account eligibility — we will provide at least 14 days' notice via your registered email address or a prominent in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect. For minor or administrative changes (e.g., typographical corrections, restructuring of existing clauses without substantive change), notice may be given by updating the "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date.
